Can't think of another way to describe this place: Hummus paradise.
YAFO has definitely one of the finest hummus I've ever tasted. It's exceedingly fresh and as soon as you taste it, the carnival of flavors begins. Almost every dish is prepared with hummus as the center of attention.
I cannot recommend enough that you try the Yafo Über Alles. It consists of a slowly-cooked cauliflower in the center, surrounded by hummus as well as some vegetables. I never thought I'd say that I fell so easily in love with cauliflower. Another dish I must ask that you enquire about is the slowly-cooked lamb served with, you guessed it, hummus. I believe it's a seasonal dish, because there were a couple of times which I was swayed from enjoying it, but it you happen to be in luck, don't hesitate for a second.
Over my visits, mostly in the evenings, I encountered young and very friendly staff who were greatly knowledgeable of the menu and gladly helping you decide amongst all great options. There's a laid-back atmosphere which mainly consists of groups having jovial conversations and young couples, in which I felt warm, relaxed and fearlessly ready to succumb to the mighty power of hummus.
